Welcome to the Business Simulation Tournament!

  1. The idea behind the training is to form teams of 3-5 people and let them run a simulated Telecom company over a period of four fiscal years.
  2. Throughout the game, each team is developing and improving the company, with the aim of producing good results and beating competition.
  3. You will understand the different measures of business, including concepts such as Balanced Scorecard, EVA, EBIT.
  4. Our virtual market allow you to test and simulate different strategies in a risk free environment.
  5. Our training support provide you with personal coaching and feedback at any time of the training.
