    • Integrated HRM software systems – comprehensive HR support tools, including personnel database management, workflow and process management (recruiting, hiring, work time, payroll, training administration, etc.).
    • Knowledge management systems – business oriented portals or applications, designed to provide fast and easy access to core-business information.
    • Flexible benefit systems – employee self-service tools. Part of modern compensation system in a company.
    • Employee self-service portals – for easy access to files, electronic applications, procedures.
    • Managers Desktop functionalities – kind of self-service applications designed to provide easy access for managers to employee information.
