Team Building & Problem Solving - Training
Who Should Attend?
The training is aimed at integrating the team and building relationships within the group. One of the most favourable training methods used to achieve such a goal is conducting a series of tasks and exercises or the introduction of a strategic game to make all the participants of the training involved and make them show their skills and abilities.
Expected Results
Aside from integrating, the training will also convey some typical educational messages. Therefore the programme of the workshop will also cover matters related to:
- Communication (mainly within the team but marginally also on the line Customer –employee),
- Separation of a subject, task, problem from a person,
- Proactive thinking and acting (how to induce a worker to take the initiative to do or change something instead of waiting for her/his boss to order it),
- Boss and employee interactions in their general meaning (how to encourage a worker to express her/his opinion in the presence of the boss even when it is not convergent with what the boss thinks or has decided).

- Proactive thinking and acting pays for the benefit of the team,
- Effective reasoning, so how to „sell” your idea to your team, boss or another team member,
- Change as a phenomenon continuously present in the team environment. What is the impact of a change on the individual, the team and their performance.

- The most important rules of communication in extreme and conflict situations,
- Methods of conveying difficult decisions and unpopular messages which can result in conflicts,

Training Structure
2 days training, interactive workshop.
Methodology
The programme of the training will be based on a sequence of exercises, tasks and mini-strategic games, so that the theoretical issues are only a commentary or introduction to the next activity. Some activities will be carried out in the form of discussion intertwined with various exercises showing the mechanisms of team cooperation.
