- The purpose of this module is to provide understanding of HR mission and goals and the impact of HR in contemporary business environments.
- It underscores the importance of HR as a business partner for top management and other company functions; and the need to align HR goals with business strategy.
- Guidelines are given on how to position HR in the company by managing KPI’s and measurable results.
- Training addresses the issue of keeping a balance between the company and employee interests.
Training Structure
A half-day (1/2) training, divided into logical sessions.
