Training Objectives

  1. The purpose of this module is to provide understanding of HR mission and goals and the impact of HR in contemporary business environments.
  2. It underscores the importance of HR as a business partner for top management and other company functions; and the need to align HR goals with business strategy.
  3. Guidelines are given on how to position HR in the company by managing KPI’s and measurable results.
  4. Training addresses the issue of keeping a balance between the company and employee interests.

Training Structure

A half-day (1/2) training, divided into logical sessions.

Methodology

Lectures and presentations, moderated discussion, cases analysis.
