Train the Trainer Training
Who should attend?
The course is intended for anyone whose role is to train and motivate others. This definition includes internal trainers and managers/project managers providing different level courses. Professional trainers produce professional results. This course provides solid skill base and learning process knowledge, the role of the individual trainer and important issues when working with groups.

Training Objectives
Train-the-Trainer course focuses on building communication, presentation and training skills required to efficient knowledge sharing. Topics covered:
- Working with different learning styles.
- How to write and structure a course.
- Using flip charts, overheads, handouts and workbooks.
- The importance of planning, and timing.
- Delivery skills maximising body language and communication.
- How to keep the training interesting.
- The importance of constructive feed back.
- Group control and handling difficult trainees.
- One to one training.
- Presentation and communication skills.
Training Structure
Two (2) days training, divided into logical sessions with exercises.
Methodology
Lectures and presentations, moderated discussion, questionnaires and exercises.
